We manufacture, prepare and deliver parts in our own vehicles. We regularly cover the provinces of Tarragona and Barcelona, with flexibility to assess other destinations.

What is transport and delivery?
Delivery forms part of the manufacturing order. Before the parts leave our plant, we prepare them for the route and protect them according to the geometry, volume and finish of the assembly.
Our own fleet lets us take parts directly to the agreed point and adapt each trip to the actual requirements of the order. To price it accurately, we only need the address, access details and available unloading equipment.

Do you handle transport yourselves or subcontract it?
We use our own fleet: Catà Germans vehicles, with transport built into the manufacturing service.

Is delivery part of the order?
Yes. Delivery can be quoted within the same manufacturing order: the address and delivery conditions are recorded in the quote.

Which delivery area do you cover?
We usually serve the provinces of Tarragona and Barcelona, delivering to the point agreed with the customer.
Can you deliver outside Tarragona and Barcelona?
There is some flexibility. We assess each request according to the destination, route, load and required date.
03Load preparation and protection
How do you protect parts in transit?
We palletise or protect them according to their geometry, size and finish so they travel securely.
Do finished or painted parts arrive in good condition?
We prepare the load to limit movement and protect surfaces during the journey. If the part has a delicate finish, tell us and we will allow for it in the protection.
Can you transport large or bulky assemblies?
We prepare each load according to the geometry and volume of the assembly. Give us the approximate dimensions and weight in your request and we will assess how to transport it.

Is transport included in the quote?
Give us the address and delivery conditions when you request a quote and we will price it together with the manufacturing.

Can a delivery date be agreed?
Yes. We confirm it based on when the order will be finished, the route and the access conditions at the destination.
Who unloads the parts at the destination?
That is why we ask what unloading equipment is available at the delivery point: we agree it before the vehicle leaves so unloading is safe.
05Manufacturing and delivery in one order
Can I order manufacturing and delivery together?
Yes, that is the idea behind the service: we make, prepare and deliver the parts with our own vehicles, under a single order.
What if the part is painted or zinc plated?
Some finishes, such as painting or zinc plating, are done by specialist workshops. We coordinate them and deliver the parts with our own fleet, ready to fit.
